All changes to your CPOnline store are made through the CPOnline Store Management Web site. Store Management is what you use to import CounterPoint information into your online store and to send your online orders back into Counter-Point. It's where you modify your store's appear-ance, set up shipping methods, send eNewsletters, submit product listings to FroogleTM, view reports, and so much more.

With the User Manager, you can create multiple logins for the Store Management Web site so that each of your employees can have a unique user ID and password.

For each user ID, you can restrict access permissions so that each user sees only the menu selec-tions they are authorized to use. For example, you can give your graphic artist access to upload images and view the Missing Images Report (but nothing else) while your Ecommerce Order Manager can access all menu selections.

You can even restrict employee access to a specific IP address, so that your employees can access Store Management while at work, but not from their homes.
