CounterPoint Subscription Service
The CounterPoint Subscription Service (CSS) keeps your CounterPoint system up-to-date automatically. Our talented development team is constantly adding wonderful new features to CounterPoint--and correcting flaws, too. We want everyone to enjoy and benefit from the results of their work as easily as possible. So, with CSS, you receive all feature enhancements (updates) and corrections as they are added to CounterPoint, along with updated documentation supplements when applicable. CSS updates are shipped on CD twice a year. The CSS fee includes shipping and handling to all destinations in the continental U.S.

One year of CSS is required with new CounterPoint purchases. Radiant strongly recommends that every CounterPoint user continue to take advantage of CSS after the first year to save time, money, and effort.

Think you may need some more help from time to time? Radiant offers the following supplementary technical support options to augment the support you receive from your Authorized Partner:

Offers support during regular business hours on a pay-as-you-go basis.
  Annual HelpDesk Contract Annual HelpDesk Contract
Provides an initial four hour block of support time in a plan to fit your needs. Choose Standard coverage for regular business hours or Premium coverage for support 24 hours a day, 363 days a year.
