CPOnline provides step-by-step instructions to guide you through implementation and management of your new online store. Our product experts will help you and your CounterPoint Business partner successfully integrate CPOnline with your CounterPoint solution.

CPOnline technical support is available to existing CPOnline merchants via email or by calling (800) 932-1075 Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm CST. Detailed instructions as well as answers to many technical questions are available 24 hours a day in the Help + Support area of CPOnline Store Management. You may also visit the CPOnline section of the CounterPoint Users Forum to share questions, suggestions, and information with other CPOnline users.

CPOnline service is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you need technical support for CounterPoint, please contact your Radiant Systems Retail Partner. Your Partner is more familiar with your installation, particularly any customizations that have been made to your CounterPoint system.
