Radiant strongly recommends that you contact your Partner for support first. Your Partner is more familiar with your installation, particularly any customizations that you may have.
If you need supplemental assistance, Radiant offers HelpDesk technical support plans to help you get more from your CounterPoint system.
The annual option offers technical support for
CounterPoint V7.3, CounterPoint V7.5.
You can choose from the Standard Plan or the Premium Plan.
The Standard Plan offers support Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm CST/CDT. The Premium Plan offers support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Annual plans are for a 4-hour block of technical support time (valid for one contract year).
Annual support contracts are sold in 4-hour blocks of time and charged in 20 minute increments.
Additional telephone support time may be purchased in 4-hour blocks at any time during the contract year.
Any unused hours from your annual contract are carried forward to the next year if you renew before your contract expires.
To request HelpDesk support, call the toll-free HelpDesk number provided with your contract and leave a message. Response is guaranteed within 2 hours or the first 20 minutes of the call are free.
If you choose to hold for the next available support representative, an additional 20 minutes will be charged.
