Contract Renewals
If you do not have a current Annual HelpDesk contract, you can purchase a new HelpDesk contract.
If you already have an Annual HelpDesk contract, you can renew your existing agreement (with or without adding additional support hours).

To renew your HelpDesk contract and add more hours, complete and return the Renewal Agreement. If you renew your contract on time, any hours remaining on your existing contract will be carried over to the new contract year. Your CounterPoint Subscription Service must be current to renew.

| Renew without adding more hours |
|
To renew your HelpDesk contract without adding more hours, complete the Special Option Agreement. Just pay the $150 renewal fee, and any hours remaining on your existing contract will be carried over to the new contract year. No additional support hours are included with the Special Option Renewal. Your CounterPoint Subscription Service must be current to renew.
