Computer Requirements and Rental Options
|
Ideally, you will bring your own computer to training. However, should you need to rent one for training classes located in Memphis, Radiant can arrange your computer rental.
If you bring your own system to training, it should meet the following minimum specifications:

If you need to rent a computer, you should contact the Training Coordinator or call (800) 852-5852 ext 2939. Rental rates are as follows:

Registration Fees
|
Registration fees include all student materials, instruction, and lunches (for classes that are one day or longer). All fees are payable prior to the start of the class. For your convenience, we accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. For course fee information, refer to the detail description of each class or contact our Training Coordinator.

Class Cancellations
|
Infrequently, Radiant may have to cancel a class. If we do cancel or postpone for any reason, we will provide at least three weeks notice. Radiant cannot be held liable for non-refundable airline tickets in the event of a class cancellation.

Cancellation Policy
|
If you cancel your registration within 10 or more days prior to a class, we will refund your entire registration fee. If you cancel from 5-9 days prior to a class, we will refund 50% of your fee. No refund is available for cancellations that occur 4 or fewer business days prior to the class. You may instead apply your registration fee to a different class that is scheduled within the next 6 months.

Accommodations
|
Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. We suggest that you reserve your rooms early in order to avoid last minute scrambling for accommodations. For classes hosted in Memphis, we provide a list of hotels located near the Radiant office.
|
Travel
|
Participants traveling for any class should plan to arrive the evening before the class begins. The classes begin at 8am and end at approximately 5:30pm each day. Attendees are responsible for making their own travel reservations.
|
Dress
|
All Radiant classes are roll-up-your-sleeves learning events. We encourage you to dress casually and comfortably. You may want to bring a sweater or jacket as we cannot always control the room temperature.
|
Meals
|
Radiant provides lunch each day for attendees of classes that are one day or longer. Your evenings are free to do as you wish.
